The Owls: Each owl is individual - with a designed selection of fabric, eyes, and unique name. $20.00 (not including shipping)
Most owls come with a pocket and the following note:
"Owls are patient messengers, bringers of information and holders of wisdom.
With their keen eyesight they can discern meaning and motive and they are totems of truth.
Feeling befuddled or confused? Write your tale on a piece of paper and tuck it in the pocket.
Wise Owl will do his/her best to help you find the solution."
There is a selection of specialty owls with hand stitched messages on the tummy: "Whoooo Loves You? I do!" (with a charm that holds a photo); or "He loves me, he loves me not, it really doesn't matter, I'm whoooo he's got". These cost $30.00 (not including shipping).

Zentangle: Zentangle is a form of artistic drawing, using repetitive patterns. It's a copyrighted format and I've included the website address here for further information http://www.zentangle.com/ I discovered Zentangle at a quilt show - one of the quilters is a Certified Zentangle Teacher and so I took a course from her, and the rest is history - I'm hooked. There is another website that posts a Zentangle Challenge each week: http://iamthedivaczt.blogspot.ca/ and many of the posted pictures are for these challenges. And, I've just discovered another website of Erin Olsen's where she posts a Zendala Dare - so much fun! http://thebrightowl.blogspot.ca/
In October of 2013 I will be traveling to Providence, Rhode Island to take the official course and become a Certified Zentangle Teacher.
